Subject: [Leica] LOWEPRO BAGS

Given the wide variance in opinion (really not unusual on this list) about
Lowepro bags I thought I'd mention the obvious: Lowepro makes bags in
serveral different series. Some are flat out flimsy. The ONLY Lowepro bags I
buy are from the AW (All Weather?) series. They are, in my experience, very
well designed and very well made. The Lowepro backpacks in that series are a
godsend for those of us who can't leave large lenses at home when we hike.
The smallest AW I own (the Mini Mag) is just right for a fair quantity of M
gear (two, maybe three, bodies and four lenses). I don't own Domke's or
Billinghams, but I've got enough Lowepros to consider buying stock in the
company. I use my Tamrac's for flash gear.
