Hi
I don't understand.
What leads you to believe the camera doesn't exist.
If you are in-country, request COD shipment. This is
the standard method for buying from a private party
that you've never done business with before. If the seller
refuses COD, tell him to go to hell. I have had to do this
several times on practically closed deals. Also, go to
http://www.deja.com/
and search for the seller's e-mail address in news articles.
Look for negative posts about him or no posts at all
indicating a new address that might have been setup
specifically for a scam. Finally do yourself a favour and
check other places before going to Ebay.
Such as
http://www.keh.com/
or any other reputable outfit that handles Leitz
See Ya
Javier
