Yeah, I agree.  My favorite camera is an M1 rebuilt into an M2, which
means it has no self-timer and no frame-preview.  I absolutely adore
it's uncluttered design: Nothing but pure vulcanite as far as the eye
can see ;-)  Besides, I never use the self-timer, nor the PV.  Using
the PV only makes you want to change the lens, at which point, you've
lost the shot.  Better to have a second camera body ;-)
