1. Die Leica-reprint in four volumes of "Kleinfilm-Foto" originally
published between 1931-1942 and edited by
  Curt Emmermann;  published in German by Schliemann Verlag, Hamburg,
1981.CONDITION: Like New


  "Kleinfilm-Foto was the forerunner of "Leica Fotografie". These
beautifully bound volumes contain a treasure house of information on Leica
lore, cameras, lenses, advertisements,and darkroom practices of the day.
Moreover, there are a large number of exceptional b&w photographs with
captions usually identifying the lens as well as giving the exposure data,
film, and developer in detail.

2. Early books by James Lager

**2.1. Leica Illustrated Guide-VolI, 1925-1975, Morgan and Morgan
publishers, 1975;paperback, mint.

    This rare book illustrates all the screw and bayonet mount rangefinders
as  well as the reflex cameras including the SL2 model.

**2.2. Leica Illustrated Guide-VolIII, M and Leicaflex Lenses/Special Models
and Accessories, Morgan and Morgan publishers, 1979;  paperback, mint.

    This is also a rare book with beautiful photographs of M and R lenses,
lenshoods, Visoflex, and some cameras up to the R3.

**2.3.  Leica Literature, 1930-1960,Morgan and Morgan publishers,1980;
paperback, mint.

      Mr. Lager reprints here  English language brochures, mostly from E.
Leitz, New York, that illustrates the advances in Leica cameras and lenses
over  30 years.

Price:  $60;     shipping extra
