There is nothing wrong with this lens. It will produce stunning Leica
quality images. I don't own one, and the reason is that I use polarizers
much of the time with my R lenses. Leica does not recommend using a
polarizer with the 35/1.4 R lens. Therefore, I bought the 35/2.
