Subject: [Leica] 24mm Elmarit-R

I have gotten a used 24mm f2.8 Elmarit-R that is in very nice shape. I
think it is the current version (it has the "24" focal length indication
next to the depth-of-field scale). It says "Made in Germany." Is this
lens the one designed by Minolta and made by Minolta, as Eastland says in
the R Compedium, and only assembled by Leitz in Germany? Or is this an
all-Leitz lens?
