Subject: [Leica] How I fixed my 35mm Summicron

Not long ago the whole front assembly of my 35mm summicron-R started to unscrew
with the filter when I tried to get the filter off. It's done that a few times
now, and I just screw it back until it stops. Is there any reason I should send it
in? It's not falling out or anything, and stays put when it's screwed in tight. It
seems to be sharp, though I haven't done a critical test. Can anyone offer advice
to someone who isn't anxious to part with it for a needless repair?
