Height has nothing to do with talent. Hence the reason we see many actors
and actresses that are 5 foot something. People do have prejudgements about
height though and I believe everyoone expects to see someone around 6 foot
plus and are always surprised when the person is shorter.

Personally, I don't think I would attempt to "kick the terminator's ass!" as
you say. Strength does not often accompany height either. Many vertically
challenged martial arts experts and shorter (than expected) boxers are
amazingly strong. I believe Marciano was only 5' 8".

Ain't that the truth!! I'm geographically uncomfortably close to Hollywood
and
when I'm tapped to photograph a "celebrity" (always one-on-one+ the usual PR
person (sphincter pre-tightened to minimum aperture), never any of that
awful
paparazzi nonsense) I'm often surprised at how short they are. I remember
standing beside Schwarzenegger (with my Leica in hand to get on topic) and
thinking, I could kick the Terminator's ass!!!! Really unimpressive
physical
presence.

The only down-to-earth star out of the lot I've shot was Antonio Banderas.
Really cool guy, treats you like a new friend. And his gay dwarf agent
decked
out in silver and denim was a sight to see. All the rest of 'em need a
reality
check.
