ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
For Luggers who might not have ready access to it, Roger W. Hicks reviews
the Voigtlander Bessa L in the 'First Look" section of the September issue
of Shutterbug (pages 66 - 67) and says in part "the lenses (the 15mm Heliar
and the 25 mm Skopar) astonished me.XXXXXX I think we are entering into a
period of renaissance in rangefinder cameras which will benefit all
manufacturers of such cameras - especially "Mother Leica" and I look
forward to trying them all - while still keeping and adding to my Leica M
inventory.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
G'day Howard,

Very interesting comments. How much are the camera and lenes selling for in
Hong Kong? There is a "complete" set for sale here in Melbourne, but I fear
its a bit pricey, and I'm not sure that I need the "simple" camera back or
the 25 at the moment, but some comparisons would be nice. After all, we are
still hoping [if family illnesses are resolved] to get over your way in
November.

Cheers

Alastair Firkin
