I guess they're inconsistent. I emailed New Jersey about a repair 
and got a response from Olesin@aol.com within 24 hours. She said 
it would take about 3 weeks for the repair. I sent them the camera 
and got it back exactly 3 weeks from the day they acknowledged 
receipt of the camera.
