Subject: [Leica] Leica M8 announced!

Obviously, I can't reveal my sources, but apparently the M8 (the M stands
for Misinformation, apparently) will be made entirely of titanium and will
feature full automation -- including autofocus -- and a non-interchangeable
fixed focus 35/1.4 aspheric lens cast out of recycled beer bottles. The
biggest news however is that it will *not* be a 35mm camera, but
APS-compatible. It will also have a built-in flash, redeye reduction, and a
fixed 1/60s shutter speed plus the option of a digital back, smart card,
firewire, scsi-2, modem, javascript, arpeggiator, 64-voice polyphonic
synthesizer, AM, FM, shortwave, automatic transmission, ergonomic keyboard,
17" monitor, air as standard, velcro fasteners, en-suite bathroom, and a
flip-up receptacle for a glass of single malt. The whole thing will be
powered off a lemon and a piece of tin. Instead of a lens cap it will have a
Tilley hat, and it will be fully backwards-compatible with the entire range
of Marks and Spencer underwear.

Sounds good, huh? But you know what the real kicker is?

It's disposable.
