Subject: Re: [Leica] Consistent underexposure problem

There is possibly another explanation for the underexposure Anthony is
experiencing. And I don't want to get into another flame war over Leica QC.
Perhaps his shutter is off and is running a bit fast. The meter may be
perfect, his technique may be perfect, but if the shutter is running fast
this may account for the consistent underexposure. Have the shutter checked
for accuracy. Keep in mind, the M6 shutter is mechanically timed and is not
as accurate as an electronically timed shutter as in your F5. But if it is
within tolerance, then the fault may lie elsewhere than with the camera.
