Subject: [Leica] How about this.....

Why can't Leica take a regular MiniLux body and put a
bayonet mount on it for M lenses?

This would create a very useful (top of the line)
point and shoot with auto exposure (AP), built in
winder, TTL metering, and built in flash...among other
things...and manual focus, of course

They could get by initially with just 35, 50, and 90mm
frame lines.

WOW, "The MiniLux-M". Imagine how many of these they
could sell if they priced it at or below the price of
the existing MiniLux.

This could even be an easy and inexpensive way for a
small photographic company to fill the void that
currently exists in the Leica product line.

It's food for thought.

Bill Erfurth
