It is the Leica digilux zoom. It is based on the Fuji MX-1700 but with an 8MB smart card, Photoshop 5LE and a slide copier option. It will sell for $595 with the copy accessory costing $229. Leica has also extended its rebates until Dec 31st and added a 3 + 2 protection plan. That is with every lens or body you will get a free 2 year extended warranty. This warranty usually sells for about $125 for bodies and $75 for lenses. Five years of warranty: not bad...
