 I received my copy last night.  It is all the above and more.  The 
photographers supplement alone is worth the price of admission.  It is an 
exposition on the value of available light, the decisive moment, and the 
importance of watching your subjects eyes.  If anyone is considering buying 
Ted's book, I would urge them to do so immediately.  You won't be sorry.  It 
truly is inspiring.
