The mailer provided with the film says "price includes processing by Kodak," and
places no particular restrictions upon this.  The addresses on the mailer are
all in Europe, however.  Presumably if you sent the film to Europe, they'd have
to process it and send it back to you.  All the Kodachrome in Europe goes
through Lausanne, anyway, from what I have heard (only one lab for 600 million
people!).

There are times when I get the impression that Kodak is its own worst enemy.
