Yes.  Look under Tools | Message Rules | Mail in Outlook Express (the e-mail
program used for MSN e-mail), and you'll see that you can set up all sorts of
special rules for filtering and sorting mail and for automatically performing
other operations.

Filters are only practical in the latter case.  You can apply filters to the
digest form, but all you can do is perform operations on the entire digest as a
whole--there is no way to edit the contents of the digest using the filters (it
is consider as a single message by Outlook Express).
