Technically it's an excellent  picture.
The heliar seems to be a very good lens and it is a Cosina lens ! Horror !

But, IMHO the picture tells no story. There are persons (a boy, a girl, a
fisherman); there is a landscape( the sea, the boat) but nothing happens. No
"instant décisif" à la HCB.

And the litter-bin is awful as all litter-bins in all countries...

Now it's easy and comfortable to criticize.
