The Cartier-Bresson Exhibit opened unofficially a day early (scheduled for tomorrow) at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, F Street at Eighth, NW, in Washington, D.C. The museum is one block from my office, so over the lunch hour I quickly went through the 80 photographs, all portraits.
