Yes, Ted. We got the camera !!!!!!!!

In the earlier message to you., I mentioned Lugger James Khor is
instrumental for most of the information. He called me a few minutes
ago from Melaka, that he had the camera in his hands!!!!!!! I had
arranged the cash for him last night before he shutter back to Melaka
this morning.

The camera, as according to James, is in excellent condition, the lens
is a bit dirty and dusty, but no fungus. The motor drive works just
fine. The coming Monday being a Hindu holiday, James will be back to KL
by Tuesday, and I will arrange the shipping as soon as possible.

The other guy in Melaka had refused my offer of reward, so it will cost
you just Rm 4000. I will let you know the amount in USD on Tuesday.

Hopefully, you will have the camera in your hands in about 10 days time
max.

Cheers,

MC Lau
========================

There you are folks hot from on the spot in far off Kuala Lumper, Malaysia

Man oh man, Life is good when you have friends on the other side of the
planet going to the trouble they have to help a fellow LUGGER &
photographer on this side of the world.

MC and James, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful news and recovery.
Looking forward to getting my baby back home!:)

So folks this really calls for a huge round of applause for two LUGGERS who
steadfastly believed the camera would turn up, even when I was devastated
after the loss, it was something like, "keep the faith brother, we'll get
it!"
