Hi folks, need your help !!

All my fotos were this time not sharp. Firsttime i was using my equipments
indoor.

Facts: Indoor Basketball-game. M2, Elmarit 2,8/135,Iso 100, Flash L28. using
flash-sync. speed 50 of M2. No tripod. Exposure ok. but pictures are not
sharp at all. Camera shake? M2 sync.speed to slow for 135 mm handheld
indoors with flash?
