Dan,

The lens is a wonderful one, and like all modern Leica lenses, fully usable at
all apertures. Getting it right at f1.4 is of course difficult if you are taking,
say, a portrait 2 metres away from the subject, but in general it is a wonderful
lens. I sold mine to finance the purchase of the new 90mm Apo Summicron, but I
felt more than a tinge of regret when packing it for shipment. You can see a
