Subject: [Leica] f/4 Super Angulon 21mm for R-How many cams? and when?

The f/4 Super Angulon 21mm for the R was made 1968-1992, according to the 
list on Erwin Puts' page.  When were the various cam arrangements 
introduced?  In other words, are all Super Angulons 3 cam or ?
