DR. BLACKTAPE HAS GIVEN UP BLACK TAPE...

In favor of a Sanford Sharpie Industrial Super Permanent Ink black marker.
It does a perfect job filling in the white lettering and covering the red
dot. As well as any other markings you might want to eliminate. Obviously,
this is not advised for those who think of their Leicas as stock
certificates with which they take photos. For those folks, Dr. BT would
still recommend BT. But if your Leica is a tool you plan to pass on to your
kids...Go for the Sharpie...
