Does the m's ttl flash system for fill-flash work like this?: 

Set the flash for film speed, set the camera synch speed, set the camera's apeture for ambient light (whatever that might be), and shoot. (at an 18% reflected-light subject in the foreground)

IS IT REALLY THAT EASY AND FAST FOR FILL-FLASH?
And can you use any apeture?
