Just got my copy via mail today.  A complete review of the century in terms
of photo equipment from 1889 to 1996 ( maybe the millennium bug or nothing
happened after 1996!!!  They forgot the greatest advance in the history of
photography:  1999- TTL on the M6!).  Only Ted was there when most of this
happened!! For the rest of us it is very instructive!  A must read.
