Hi, everyone:

I am considering to buy Z2X?
What's the image quality, easiness,... etc.?
Would you give me any information of Z2X?

Thanks.

G'day,
Some time ago I sent in our assessment of the z2X, and our opinion has not
changed in the 18 months or so since. The Camera has excellent optics,
capable of at times producing the most wonderful images, but the camera
remains a point and shoot, with inherent problems.

- - It seems to me to chew through batteries at a great rate of knots, and
does not have any real warning that they are about to fail. When they fail,
the camera is DEAD
- - accurate focus and exposure is not reliable when the camera is held
vertically. I know this can't be right, but its been our experience for
ages now. So much so, that we both focus horizontally and then whilst
holding the focus locked, rotate the camera --- this has eliminated the
problem.

On the plus side;
- - the flash works wonderfully well as a fill in or full flash within the
realms of reason
- - it has been robust and reliable -- taken the knocks of constant use and
carriage
- - everyone who sees it loves it --- it is rather cute, but rest assured,
no-one knows the brand ;-)

I'm sure the minilux is better, but the z2x is a fine little addition for
us, and it goes EVERYWHERE.
