This is a blue-sensitive film that can be printed like normal paper and processed in print developer. This film is used for making b&w motion picture prints. I think the shortest length is 100 ft. You may be able to get some from a motion picture lab. I think I have some in work that was bought for leader but it must be 10-15 years old. You can also shoot it in a camera and see what old-time blue sensitive film looked like. I think the speed was about ISO 3-6.
