Hans and others,
I have a German edition I am happy to pass on if I end up with an English
edition instead, even if its battered...

I have the latest German edition, as well as the earlier English. The only
difference is that some of the latest lenses have been added in the lens
section (50/2.8, 35/1.4 asph and current 28/2.8). It is a good and honest
book. An example: Osterloh is the only author who openly states that the
MC-meters are no good today because of aging. There are lots of other
authors, that simply advice the readers to go ahead and use them like any
MR-meter.

My English edition is indeed falling apart. If this is a sought-after book
in the LUG-community, I will be happy to send my sample for nothing except
the postal costs. In fact, I almost trashed it when I got the German
edition.

I hope I don't offend the LUG by offering the books below, but Friday is
just a few hours away:

These books are not falling apart, and I can trade them for something else:
Kisselbach: The Leica book (English edition, from 1967 about M2-M3)
Kisselbach: Leica Cl (English edition)
Kisselbach: Das Leicaflex Buch (German edition, from 1977 about SL2-SL)
