Easy to photograph, everyone expects it. Speakers Corner, Sunday mornings at the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park, lots of people watching people 'rant', photography almost expected. Trafalgar Square, with the pigeons/vermin. If anything does catch your eye be sure to haggle hard and have fun.
