My M6 is very prone to rangerfinder flare but my M4-P WITH the 28mm frame
 not that I can actually see the edges with spectacles) does not have the
same problem. I don't think it is due to any changes in the rangefinder
itself  but rather in the ridged  window surface for the frame lines.
