The adapter ring is 16598 (also the optical units of the 135 Elmarit, 200
telyt-V and 280 telyt-V) and it will not quite focus to infinity (source
Matheson). Try Wall Street Camera used search site:

and some Leica-users have quite a bit of viso stuff so post a wanted here.
All these adapters show up on eBay as well. The Leica Shop in Austria ships
