As far as I know he is not on line, but can be reached via phone at 515-225-0110 or by fax at 515-226-0295. Since he is quite busy at times, and definitely takes time to explain and counsel, it can be difficult to reach him via phone at times. I find that sending an inquiry via fax is very efficient, and I usually get a response within an hour or two. Always had great experiences with good pricing and beautiful stuff from Jim. Mike Swiek
