An 8x10 camera, with Nikkor-Apo Macro 210mm 1:5.6 lens, and Fujichrome
Provia, perhaps?

Given it's a 1600x1200x24 jpeg, with absolutely no apparent grain, I
seriously doubt it's 35mm.

Apparently, the accompanying lens, Nikkor-S 1:1.4 50mm, has the same
optical configuration and elements as the current 50mm 1:1.4 lens for
SLR. The original was also identical to the SLR lens of the time (1963)
