DEVCON is a brand name.  They have a full range of adhesives and plastic materials.  You should be able to find them on the web (or look in Thomas Register on/off the web) or a distributer.   They are a well respected company, in business long before I went to college (decades ago).

You mentioned DEVCON as a better material for gluing rubber than the
ubiquitous contact cement.
Is is available in the US and is it a common item?
The reason I ask is that I have the copy arm for my VALOY, but the rubber
pad where the cameras mounts is gone. I was going to cut a new one, but the
leather pad I was using, attached as it were, by contact cement, was not
holding to the metal so well.
This DEVCON sounds promising!
