It's an old Fujifilm A 450 that was just discontinued two years ago.  I
bought it as it was very, very cheap.

It is an autofocus enlarger with a dedicated Fujinon-EX 135mm 1:5.6
lens.  I use this lens with great results with my 4x5 and MF negatives,
but I occasionally longed for shorter lens than the EL-Nikkor 80mm 1:5.6
for printing Leica negs.
