Employing a square format and a wide angle lens, the foreground is frequently filled with flowers that are out of focus-outside the region defining the depth of field. There is nothing more annoying than seeing a sharply focused model or building as the main subject, while the eye is led to the subject through a field of out of focus tulips or roses. - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - -------- I agree with you Mark. If the foreground is interesting it must be sharp. If the foreground is not interesting then it's not likely to be an interesting photo.---Dennis
