The APO 2x and the macro lens will only change your
magnification. The closest distance is still the same.
To obtain the same aspect ratio you can/must
held your camera at twice the distance.
You will lose however 2 f-stops.

Using the Elpro will give you the same magnification
without any loss of light. You can also use
both. That will result in a 2:1 ratio (single APO macro
gives 1:2).
