Yes, the camera does have a single button to toggle between the four flash modes. 2. BUT, no it doesn't have a specifically designed "fill flash mode." However, you can force the flash to stay on which in a flash this small it does become a sort of home-made "fill flash" mode. 3. It doesn't "remember" the flash setting last used when you turn it off. Only if you keep it on...
