[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]lugfolk, just wanted to say that yesterday afternoon, i saw at the local artbookstore two new books by salgado: 'migrations' and 'children.' large format, beautifully printed editions of his work. the first deals with the forced 'migrations' of peoples around the world, whether fleeing famine, war, opression, etc., and the second presents a series of portraits of the children of those regions. the books are beautifully done, the photographs typical of his outstanding work. a note on the copyright page simply states that the photos were taken with leica r and m cameras. guy
