jim,

that is not to say that those simpler cameras do not have problems! why,
the base plate/back on one of my dianas tends to fall off because the qc
person who normally sees to the proper functioning of the plastic widget
that holds the aforesaid base plate/back in place was undoubtedly slacking
off  or 'reality challenged' when they put that little gem together. so
now, i stand just as much chance of overexposing the film when the back
falls off the camera, as i normally do due to light leaks! on the other
hand, i've never had a problem with my holga or lomo.
