Caps -- who cares? They should be at the bottom of your bag.

Cases -- a complete waste of time.

STRAPS!!! Now we're talking!!!!

For me, there are only two choices. Either very thin cotton webbing
domke-style straps, or the deliciously soft old Nikon webbing straps. I
think Tom A has one on his black M2... we were playing 'who has the best
strap' and I thought I did until he showed me his. I found one in a camera
store just recently and they gave it to me for free.

I hate the current leica strap as it cannot be wrapped around the palm
comfortably.

Every time I pass a camera store I pop in and buy some film, let them admire
my Leica, then ask if they have any old straps lying around. They *always*
do and most of the time they will give you a couple for free. It is a shame
we are forced to do this, but there are very few straps on the market
currently that are any good, I think.

I know Rabiner thinks that straps are the work of the devil and emotionally
I agree with him but there is something very reassuring about a strap
tightly wrapped around the palm when you're shooting in a crowd.
