To: Arthur Leyenberger re Customs Certificates  I have found that presenting 
a copy of your Personal Property Floater Insurance Policy - the page that 
lists all of the covered equipment, S/Ns, etc. - is sufficient to establish 
the legitimacy of your possession of the gear.  I have carried this document 
for over 30 years and have only had to present it on one occasion.  Bill
