Subject: [Leica] Loose bayonet connection

I just had a question about looseness in the bayonet connection between my
R4s and new 100 mm f/2.8 APO R macro lens. I have been getting a little play
in the connection when focusing, created, I think, after racking the heavy
macro lens in and out. Now my other R lenses are also a bit loose in the
bayonet ring on the camera.
Is there a point this could become serious enough to send the camera back
for repairs? And is it likely to hurt my lens's attachment mounts?
When I first got the R4s, I was impressed with the tightness of the mount.
Now, it is slipping just enough to make a slight noise and be annoying when
rotating the lens focussing ring.
