Ah, Mark,

You forgot the wonderful Angeniux lenses. Many a movie you have seen will
have been shot with them - and they have even made excellent lenses for
(back on topic) Leica's.

Or maybe they are now a wholly owned subsidiary of some Bill Gates
corporation??
