The strap was the original from Leica who came with the Every-Ready Case,
the strap slipped out from the little buckle, and when I notice(heard the
sound) the camera was on the floor, looking to my face and shouting "You
Bastard, I'm on the floor !!". Lucky my M6 hit the floor on the Handgrip
side, so nothing happened to the camera(A little miracle).

I don't think your Leica shouted "you bastard, I'm on the floor", Leica's are tough little bastards, they need to be kicked around once in awhile. Don't be over protective with them, they don't make great images unless they're out in the world.
