What do you want it to be?  Seriously, so many people have so many views,
including those who say what does bokeh matter, surely it is the in-focus
part of the image that is important.

Bokeh is the quality of the out of focus areas of an image, relative to how
the components of the out of focus areas and the transitions between them
appear.  The Nikon list recently had the same topic dicsussed and the best
submissions came from people who posted images to demonstrate what they
regarded as good and bad bokeh.

I think the first picture of my daughter Sophie on the link below has good
bokeh, although such is the nature of bokeh that there may be many people
who will now disagree.
