Subject: [Leica] Disagreement With B.D. Over Bags

As much as I hate to disagree with B.D.-- I've made that mistake in the past
and regretted it-- may I suggest that we think about ways to carry less
equipment rather than more? Does anyone really think that she or he takes
better pictures because of carrying more equipment? I propose that packing
any more than three lenses at a time will actually reduce your photographic
ability rather than increase it.

Forgive me, but I don't know - It's the $8?.00 one...sort of a messenger
bag/shoulder bag kind of thing. Doesn't look much like a camera bag - has a
well padded main compartment insert with moveable velcroed
dividers....bottom padded - back open pocket...zip compartment on top
flap...front flap zips down...and on and on....holds a ton of stuff,
especially when expanded, or just a little but of stuff if you want...Light
weight, water repellent....

The problem, of rcourse, is that the quest for the "perfect" bag is even
more never-ending than the quest for the perfect camera, lens, etc.....
