About the new-in-the-box M5 I once traded for a clapped out Nikon,
Bud...twisting the knife...asked:

"BTW, that wasn't a chrome, three lug M5 was it?"


Ummm.  Maybe.

ALRIGHT!  IT WAS CHROME!!!  ARE YA HAPPY NOW???

Y'see, that's one of the reasons I got rid of that turkey!  I wanted a BLACK
camera. Real photographers had BLACK cameras. Chrome was so common.  Chrome
was so, uh, amateur.  I thought it was a pretty shrewd move, actually.
