Hi Martin,

     Okay, but it seems like a lot of time passed from 1929 until the
next special or limited edition.  None of that in the Depression and
World War II following;  the immediate post-war period was filled with
much inovation and not much memorializing the past, as the most recent
past was horrible.  And the '60s never looked back.
